Gold’s Concrete started as a small mom and pop concrete and landscaping company in Denver, Colorado in 2001. The business failed and reinvented itself several times before gaining traction in 2018 with a series of crawl space to basement conversion projects. They started documenting the dig-outs with time lapse video recordings, and there was a lot of public interest around the whole idea of being able to convert the space beneath the home into habitable living space.
